It was rubbish.

Speaking of hot sauces, I had that X rated stuff in Nando's on Friday. Wasn't impressed tbh.

Dragons Den paid out to him as well didn't they?
It's a mostly tasteless sauce that isn't very hot, i'm sure there are plenty more like it out there not made by a rasta.

I thought it was, it wasn't very good outside of that anyway but that would explain half of my disappointment

I have it, and I don't think it's meant to be a very hot sauce tbh! Peri peri isn't hot either Tabasco for the win!

Im just trying to remember his pitch from dragons den like. Seem to remember him saying it was a mild sauce yet tastey or somet. Not into that sort of thing myself though.

To be honest, I've not had the sub... but i wouldn't be surprised if they had a 'toned down version' for subway...
Although I've been buying reggae reggae sauce from when it was first released and it's gone through many different flavour changes and hotness changes.
Originally it was REALLY hot, these days it's quite mild.
I think that's just because someone's changed it to sell more / appeal to a wider audience / because of complaints of people getting the shits.

I don't think its supposed to be particularly hot, but I've noticed the taste is different every bottle I've had.
Talking about HOT sauces my mate at work bought some off a yank website claiming to be dangerously hot (6 Million Scovilles!!!), it came with a Pippette(sp?) to limit how much you could use!! A barely visible drip of the stuff makes a dish(curry, chilli etc) unbearably hot. Now and again he brings it in to work and drips a tiny amount into peoples breakfast

I always had the impression that the Sauce is supposed to be a mild spicy 'BBQ' flavour...
