only started watching part 1 and thats amazing.

only downside is its a bit of a big risk:

ie terrorists easy target and if something fooks up at the bottom then everyones screwed

thats years old if you watch megastructures in national geo on sky there is a whole progrm dedicated to it showing the effects if a tidal wave its built out in the middle of the bay isnt it or planing to be built
