Just been out in one, today going to decide tonight / tomorrow what the crack is!

Hopefully the guy who made an offer on my car at the weekend is serious, he's ringing later to discuss money a little further!

Then its bye bye corsa hello TT.

1.8T
Black
Black Leather
18" Wheels
6 Disc changer

2 dents in passenger door, which I've haggled the price down a bit, and will get SBS to sort them if all goes ahead!

Insurance was quite suprisingly cheap too

Is a TT a tad on the homosexual side?

I don't think they are too homo-esque. Nice wheels on them etc they look a lot better. I would probably say a male TT driver is bi, so your not full on homo

Nice cars, not homo at all imo. I would have got one instead of my S3 if it could carry 4 people.

1.8t 5 speed ones are going to be normal 2.0 tax, the 6 speed is more than double!

TBH its not put my mind off yet, just a shock, and more £££ to spend next year!

Col, plans would be, drive it, fill it up with petrol, drive it, and repeat (for time being)

Joe, yeh back seats are useless, sales woman got in the back and was cramped behind me and I'm a short arse! So a tall driver and back seat is a no go!

All pretty much depends on if my car goes now!

Guess you are going for a 180 then?

They dont do a 225 in a 5 speed.

The 225 quattro is the one to go for, and get it remapped. 0-100 in 14 on the 1/4 mile.

The FWD K03S turbo's arent that quick.

One I looked at today is a 180 but its the 6 speed, would like to take out a 225 just to compare tbh 180 felt quick, and can be re-mapped to 220ish if I get bored!

Good choice. I'd rather a TT than A3 or Golf with same engine, spec etc

I wouldn't listen to JR, if it was up to him you'd be driving an old C reg fiesta with a universal fit Rage backbox.

yes, the TT (tin hat on) is a mk4 golf in a posh suit

i find them horrible to drive, handle, IMO terribly for what there suppose to be, and genrally only bough by people who know enough about how a car looks, and thats it

they eat anti roll bars, 1.8T is not without its problems and IMO interiours wear badly too, and now seem horribly dated too

Nice looking cars, i imagine the 180 would feel a bit slow though...i'd go for a 225 one if you can.
