No, if you type in new.facebook.com in your browser it should take you into the new version of Facebook

If it looks identical then whatever browser you're on isnt yet supported
Look in the Facebook Profiles Preview fan page and there is some more detail in there, also if you follow the link within that it'll tell yuo why you can't see the new version

i went on it last night at home (IE7) and it worked. i think my profile has been saved to run in the new format now though because i can no longer log in at work (IE6).

Just click go back to the old version at the top before u log off at night

you can change between old and new in IE7. you have to log in first and there is an option in the top right corner to toggle between the two. but because i'm using IE6 at work i cant log in to change it.

Friend has just tried FF3 (Im guessing FierFox3??) and IE7 with no joy, seems you have to go through the facebook profiles preview fan page to find the link :S

Redirects me to old one in my FF browser. is it much different (is it something to do with having tabs on your profile for like wall posts etc?)

Anyone who just logged in with their username/password on "new facebook" has just had all their details logged 
also try logging into "new papypal"
