Dont have a box, just tablets in the foil thing where you pop them out.

flybikeslee doesnt need pain relief. He'd jump in his car and as it goes SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO fast it'd just go away.

Dog went under a trampoline, tried to avoid it, but overbounced, landed on concrete with foot the wrong way, it really hurt(s).

Take paracetamol & ibuprofen (anadin) at the same time.
They work better together, a sort of 1+1=3 scenario.
And should be a good blend of pain relief and anti-inflammatory action leading to further relief. For what sounds like a bit of a nasty soft-tissue injury.

But to answer your question, you'll need to be taking them a few times at the prescribed interval, as the drug peaks to an effective level in your blood stream.

Might go to the doctors later, its still killing, i can't walk on it at all. It's really bruised, so maybe its just the bruising thats causing the pain

Feet are freezing actually, but probably to do with kitchen tiles on the floor.

Can't put weight on it at all.

Are you a doctor?

I am indeedy.

Doesn't count if both your feet are cold, just one more so than the other/funny tingling feelings or like its gone to sleep are bad signs and would warrant a trip to A&E.

Otherwise, GP's is a good idea, but in all likelihood the will send you for an XR given you cant put any weight on at all.

Yeah would go to GP's today, earlier the better as you may well end up having to go to an open access XRay place. Which can be pretty busy on a Monday!

No bother at all.

Hopefully you'll just find out a nasty bruise/sprain injury, but best to know as early as poss with regards bones so they can sort them out and/or give you a big ghey cast arrangement!
