Been a good weekend... I'm currently unemployed (doing freelance software when and where I can get it) until I go travelling on 12th.

Won £110 from Lewis Qualifying in Pole on Sat and just won £160 from Rossi's win

Will be paying for my beers for a few weeks.

Think bookies cocked that up, had rossi at 4-1 to win. I'd of put him 2-1 considering Stoner was 1-5 (i.e not even worth betting on).

What a fucking race! Best race in years!! I think i stopped breathing till the end of the race from lap 3 onwards!

As much as i like Stoner, i think he came accross as a sore looser in the quick interview with the BBC reporter. (Flicked over while ES was on ad break)

Eurosport coverage is miles better than BBC too!

Great race. I love Rossi but as said Stoner always comes across as a little whinger and sore loser.

stoner had the ego that he would win because of practice times, on way WAS rossi going to let him win, every time that ducatie came past him he would pull him back and take him a few corners later. Excellent go the doctor..

Almost the best face i've seen ever, only one that pipped this is the race between troy balis and collin edwards a few years ago cv assen.

Ross has never won there hence the good bookies rates.

Why are people having a pop at Stoner? Where do all the other Ducatis ever come???? No-where. That boy can ride very very well.

Im a huge Rossi fan, but he was being a bit too aggressive for teh first few laps. Think how everyone cains Toseland for being aggressive, yet its ok for Rossi?

Sure it made good racing, good TV, and I loved it, but that still doesn't change that those moves were a little too aggressive (all be it needed to stop Stoner shooting off).

Stoner is not a whinger and a sore looser at all Great rider, and was the first to admit he crashed himself.

stoner didnt shake rossi's ahnd in the paddock because he was upset about how rossi passed him after stoner had pushed rossi wide at the corkscrew

if stoner thinks thats agressive he should have a chat to sete giveupnow about his expirences

Yeah, in the paddock, but give him a chance, he's JUST walked in after having an hour race, getting shoved twice, nearly taken out at the corkscrew by Vali, then crashing. He's going to be wired!!!

By the time they got to the podium, he was shaking his hand.

Rossi WAS naughty, the fact he lost complete control coming out the corkscrew, then tapped Stoner as he came back on track shows that. He was out of control, but made it stick.

Doesn't worry me too much, I want Rossi to reclaim the title, but Stoner always gets put down, and I feel its unjust.

Its like saying Kimi Rikkanon can't drive Its just not true..

I never said Stoner was a bad rider! He's awesome! And i've always rated him, ever since i saw him race in the 125's over in our domestic series. I just think he needs to think about his sportsmanship! If you saw the BBC interview he did in Parc Ferme then you might understand where my comment came from.

Anyway, an awesome race that NEEDS to be watched! Remindes me of the race back in '04 when it was Rossi's first race on the Yamaha against Biaggi at Kyalami!
