Yes i did indeed well not the lifes you think
Mum was out cutting the grass well just about to start one of her pals stopped she stays over the back, She said are you looking for any Rats or know of anyone looking for them as the guy over the road has 3 and he doesnt want them anymore, I said al pop over and take alook...
Got there he took me out into the back garden was confused he opend his shed and there was 3 young rats in a small shitty cage with bloody cat litter instead of sawdust i took one look and i said al take them..
Got them home 2 of them are bloody awsome and fit and healthy one isnt so good looks as if its been dropped at some point its very lopsided head wise it cant really walk so trip to the vets tomorrow as i think it may need put down
They also look like they havent been fed or waterd for ages there bloody starving and dehighdrated
Just spent the past hour cleaning everything up putting them into a much bigger cage all nice and clean plenty food and water
Rather pleased with myself as if i didnt i think they would have been left there to die plus i have had rats all my days so i couldny refuse anyway
Pictures to follow...

And what other small rodent is better? A gerbil or hamster? I've had a few rats, and they are awesome wee pets! Jambo is right, they are intelligent and clean wee things. Why were you told off for using sawdust Lee?

Because of the dust gets into there lungs and cause damage and can kill.
