Z4 out of them.
I wouldn't even consider the Nissan, S2000 is a bit long in the tooth now.

I want a soft top which is why i'm not so keen on the 350z, think the convertible 350z is fugly.

BMW z4 are wank, step dad had one, its a poser's car and wasnt particually fast.
Nissan 350z not a bad car but i would have the s2000 GT anyday.
Quickest 2litre made still (i think) its a honda, reliable as phuck, worth every penny.

personally i like the s2000's theres an awesome yellow one round the corner from mine.. looks 
but.. why have you narrowed it down to those 3?
you could get a very nice Evo for a similiar price to those

lolol yeah step dad was financial adviser, dad drives a forklift 
but step dad was a prick and got knocked the fuck out, my dads top bloke

z4, different class. 350z is my 2nd choice tho, great chassis aparently as does z4! Honda too clinical/plastic for my liking. Great cars tho!
