My brothers got a 05 plate fiesta zetec. One of the rear bulbs (brake and rear light) went, so we changed it yesterday. Now all the lights come on when he brakes (sidelights, dash, rear).
Any ideas what it could be?

did you replace it with a twin filament bulb?
checked all fuses?
checked all wiring hasn't perished/broke?

you most prolly put the twin element bulb in the wrong way round! Take the badger out again and turn it round. Tbh should have checked it was working all ok before putting all back together.

the plonker bought the wrong bulb! he bought a single filiment instead of a twin. Says its halfrauds chart's fault!

Got the bulb, my other bro had a spare one.
My family isn't doing to bad on buying wrong bulbs last week, I got the wrong headlight bulbs, then my brother got wrong stop bulbs
