Whats one of these? is it apart of a standard driving licence?

"Donington Park TrakZone track days give you the opportunity to drive the circuit in your own car. Days are usually run in sessions, with anyone holding a Road Traffic Act or MSA competition licence able to take part after a pre-event briefing."

that was the reason.

RTA is the law which dictates a great deal of motoring behaviour. I wasn't aware that it regulated competition though.

I think it means you have to have either a normal driving licence or a racing licence.

God knows why they word it that way.
