lil update.

jus met up with jonesy_sri in oxford for a lil swap n got myself a badboy bonnet off him, cheers bud
(pics to follow)

so just get that sprayed up, n wait for credit card to fix my engine

and a couple of pics with splitter placed on gunna give it a clean and bond n screw it on, then get it all respayed, bit shabby lol

funds mate, im waiting on a credit card from halifax to come thru, didnt want to get it, but have no choice reli.

all the stuff i have brought hasnt cost me much as i have found bargains, n to wat it all came to it would have not covered the cost of fixing it if i didnt buy it all, so i jus needed one large lump sum basically!

right then guys, after weeks of waiting it is finally in the garage... so gettin fixed, new coolant pipe, as one has a slow slight leak, gunna get the water pump change aswell as the cambelt, gunna get myself a new coolant tank while its with vauxhall, and my mate whos doin it is sortin me out some cheap sprayin for my bonnet n bumper hopefully

so shall up date to let u know wats goin on, n im gunna finish sprayin up the grey trim so piccys soon

bad news guys engine will cost to much to repair as one of the pistons is knackered so not happy.

so am on the look out for a donor x16xe, jus the engine not ineed of anything else, wat you got? lol

cheers bud, have already been spekin to him about it, tryin to sort summit out but he is a fair few miles away. may jus have a new piston put in as a last resort, jus gettin a new engine is so much more simple!

well lads, my mate (spankyjames) sorted me out a piston out of his old engine as he has a redtop now

head got sent off yesterday to be compression tested, skimmed and new valves, comin back monday n my mate is doin the piston today so he carck right into gettin it all put back together monday

right guys, jus got back off holiday from val claret/tignes, so can start on my car again, it is due back from the garage by the end of next week....finally, its taking ages to get fixed, but due to xmas and all....cant be helped.

next thing to do is get irmy splitter and b/b bonnet re-sprayed, might get the splitter smoothed in. then i can work on gettin some nice euro wheels....reli not sure what to go for yet tho

nope, needs top half of cambelt cover, nd needs to order in some bolts for the knock sensor cos he had to re-thread it or summit :S so not till monday now, not best pleased but then again i've waited this long, so another two days will have to do james mate lol.
