On a bit of a fitness kick at the moment. I cant be arsed to get myself to a gym- dont like the places- so im currently going for a half hour bike ride before work, and going on the exercise bike, abdotrim thing in the evenings. Im a big lad and im mainly looking to shift weight and tighten everything up. Lost about a stone so far, need to lose another couple to be at a happy weight for me. I know its basically all about a good diet and plenty of exercise - burn more calories than you consure and the weight goes- trying to eat smaller portions more often and stop eating at 6pm.
Ive always gone up and down majorly with my weight- probably has varied between 15-19 stone in the last 5 years. When ever I have lost weight in the past the onll things I have been able to keep at is bike and weight work.
Want to start doing some weights as well so Im on the lookout for a dead basic folding bench and a set of weights/bars..... anyone got any good links for cheap gym stuff.
Any advice appreciated.
