ebay - Take the measurements and have a look if you cant find any just send a few messages to people who sell the opel badges.

think thats just were the old centres used to clip in, check foreign tigras online and see if the wheels have the badges, if so you might need to learn a foreign language and contact them about getting some. i had some old opel stick on ones, the place i got them shut down so no idea where they can be found now. Ask the guy you bought em off.
