arnt corsasport as a group banned from there? Would be good if enough people went individually for the saturday night, saw a link on astra owners network or club or sumit and they said theres bars, washing and shower facilities, fair, go-karting etc...

Adge im goin with a couple of other mates in corsas on the saturday night but you can camp pretty much everywhere, so put it near all the main stands and people will be there.

oh yeah, i no thats just to show what its like there, will be a good night and next day, dont have to get up at stupid o clock to move ya car, i was a bit dissapointed with our stand at pvs this year, no spec sheets etc.. dont no if thats bin brought up, but was dissapointing how far away we were etc.., at least here, you can be as far away or as close to everythin as you want.

so u can just drive round as close to main stand as u want? u dont need a pass? or stand pass. most shows ive been u need a pass to get most areas

nah, just pay the 12 quid to camp, drive when and where you want, slow of course else youll get banned!!! there were loads of different vauxhalls last time i went and loads of stands etc...

pagey can you check your facts before spreading misinformation.
We are not banned from Billing, we are not members of the VBOA because we didn't change our systems in order to get in, because I don't want paper based systems and faffing. They don't like clubs which are purely online and had we have put offline systems in place we would have been able to re-apply. We chose not to.
Secondly spec sheets were available from the van all day. They were distributed by a number of people in the morning to those cars who had already arrived, then later they were given out by whoever was close by, namely me, Ste W, willay, James, pretty much anyone who was close and involved.

As ian says mate... the club has to be a member of the VBOA..
It is a top weekend though.. but you cant just drive round. your either a member of a club to show or you park in the public area and camp. Or pay for your own pitch which is prob all booked up by now.

apologies about the vaux show, didnt realise the offline/online thing, and when i went last time loads of cars were driving around the campsite, ref; specsheets and involvement , think i saw 2 peope with them on there windscreen, we were based at the end of the field, mods were sat in a little circle around the van. I think the site is great and looked forward to pvs, just wished i hadnt got up that early to shift me car with a load of other people queing to be dissapointed.
