Unforunatly I cant find the artical online but in the local paper I was reading at work (Evening echo) there is a big artical about how "boy racers" are going to be band from aload of areas in southend and basildon etc

They aparently now have a dispersal order where you are told to leave and if you come back within 24 hours they can arrest you and take your car

Areas covered are

> A127 between the A176 and A132
>cranes farm road, east mayne, upper mayne, courtauld road, courtauld road lorry park
> pitsea broadway link
>Heron and mayflower retail parks
> festival leasure park
>Roads and areas surrounding tesco in pitsea
>Canvey road
>morrisons on canvey
>A126 alongside lakeside
>weston avenue thurrock

Funny bit of the artical is all of the randomers that they have interveiwed that as so one sided its funny

Yes. Seriously. They took the car and made me walk home he wanted to fuck me over for everything possible, but they couldnt prove anything as they couldnt get close enough to know my speed (they was in an un-marked X5). It came up on their system as i didnt have insurance so they just seized the car. I handed in all the paperwork yesterday and collected the car this morning and will be getting a refund due to it not being my fault as I did have insurance. He was mentioning he was going to get me banned and all sorts, yet I never signed for anything apart from the note for the recovery guys. So from what I know, nothing can follow up from it?

section 59 isnt too bad if you get caught doing anything silly like handbrakes or dangerous driving etc they will take your car and ul have to pay to get it back

then u get a section 60 where they crush ur car straight away or somthing

Police were in the paper again today gloating that they have now won the war on "boyracers" as "all the usual haunts were deserted this weekend"
