I had a sandwich which sweet chilli chicken and peppered chees ein which I amd elast night and some S&V chipsticks... aboiut to have a mini snickers too

I love hard cheese, but don't like soft or mouldy crap (apart from boursin)

sucks doesnt it.. i let my hair down at weekends and have normal food cant be on that diet all the time

deadlifts are mean.. love em

Only just started so just getting the technique for stiff legged ones at 70-80 kg for now

Can Squat a lot more now though although feeling the pain of whacking 100kg working my way up to three times my body weights Hopefully by the end of summer want to be deadlifting around 150 +

Chicken burger, a portion of criss cut fries, 6 southern fried chicken fillets courtesy of Morrisons hot food counter and a pint of milk.

I normally just get a salad and pasta box with a pint of milk but was after a bit of grease today

Not had anything today apart from some crunchy nut cornflakes at about 9am and around 1.5L or Robinsons sugar free orange squash
