and now the search function has changed, I cant even select Buy it Now

the new search is complete bollocks, you can opt out of the testing though, or delete your cookies, then it should go back to the old search.

I thought it was just no negative feedback can be left by sellers.. this is to stop people being afraid of giving 'bad sellers' negative feedback, for fear of the seller may return it just because he has nothing to lose.

It is a bad idea, I'm not sure how you could do it fairly though, there isn't enough manpower to view every negative feedback individually.
