Normally when you do a quote online and ring up to check it, they honour the online price, which I'd imagine is the best they can do tbh.

When I first got insurance with Lily, I phoned up to query it, and I just imagined them saying "Oh, by the way, now you've phoned up and going to take out the policy over the phone, you lose the 10% online discount". But they didn't.

I don't want to take it yet though, just my renweal came through at this:

10 Months Policy, with extras and Mum on policy: £1232.46

Online, 12 month policy with mum and dad on the policy, same extras: £1188.0something.

Now, somehow, she wants me to take out a policy with all extras (including life cover even though I told her not to) for £1241.48?

Grrrr... I'll cancel and do it online I think.
