Two questions.
Old Lego bricks. Any particular way to clean them or restore the colour, as a few of the white bricks have yellowed due to time/sunlight/whatever.
Secondly. I have a few stickers on some models (as in Lego models and some other car models) that have ripped/faded/come unstuck. I've also got a half decent scanner. If I were to scan the stickers in, what software could I use to reproduce or restore the stickers and can you get clear vinyl that you can print onto?

Bricks may clean up with some cif or similar bathroom cleaner. However white plastic/pvc will yellow over time and with sun uv exposure. Don't think that's reversible.

I find normal, original T-cut and Meguiars Bumper Cares works a tre. . .oh, wait a second
On a serious note, try eBay for stickers etc. And in terms of scanning, Photoshop is probably your best bet. Also, try Google for logos and what not.

I've been sorting out my attic and theres a load of my old Lego in boxes, which I was going to package up properly and put into storage. Unfortunately, it looks like my cousins have been playing with them, as a load of the stickers have been ripped off

1) No, the plastic will have dis-coloured.
2) They are printed on using dye sublimation. You'll have a job finding somone that can do that as a favour...

I would have thought a scanner would do a better job at scanning than a piece of software. But what do I know...

I meant the scanning option. If YOU could read, he clearly knows about scanning, but not about making the image better

Well, to make the image better he would need to vectorise it in Illustrator as that would be the most likely way the image was produced in the first place. The image would also need to be in vector format to get stickers or decals made up to a decent standard.
