Dont get how it would do that though.

The concrete blocks have metal inside them theyre reinforced,kicking them wouldnt break them.

if hes got a leg left, if he was trapped till ambulance and firemen got there it would of not got any bloodfor ages and nerve endings would have died and what have

Its called growing up if anyone says they didnt vandalise stuff as a kid their lieing.
