i used to be very good at drinking and not suffer from hangovers..

now i get a hangover for a good day sometimes 2 !!
went out for a hefty session on sat night and im still feeling it. WTF !

what the hell changed ?

Tell me about it Steve. I used to be able to go out till 4am pissed, and still make it to work at 9am.

Now I have to make sure I have the following day off, and am generally useless. I'm 23 btw

I normally get hangovers no matter how much or little I drink but last weekend I was at a christening and we had a major drinking session, I was up the next day at 9 feeling fine

Well when I was late teens early twenties I could drink all night with no hangover.

Now I'm 29 I get a headache after 4 cans.

i thought that alcohol was affecting me more as i get older, but then i realised im just drinkin much much more in one sitting.
t 18 it was 6 cans before town and maybe 1 or 2 when i was out, that was enough to be steaming, now its 8 or more cans, them numerous shots pints and bottle bongs in town.

Same here and im only 21, I used to wake up like nothing, still a bit tipsy but was fine now im knocking on deaths door

Also, why when you stand up.... you make a grunting noise? You know what i mean. I think it's getting louder as i get older
