Whats the chance of tyres scrubbing with 185/55's?

My car is only lowered 40mm but what could i get away with?

14 inch wheels? if so no it wont scrub if they are the proper offset

oh right erm not ideal but should be ok as they are et49 and 185 oposed to 195. Will just look a little big on the car

Well its more for MOT purposes at the mo and £10 each with 6-7mm.

Take it i wouldnt get away with lowering it much more on them though?

nah would be a push to lower it more I think. I take it its the tigra wheels in your picture then?

Yeah.

They have 205/50's on the back and they dont scrub , and 205/55's and these caught slightly on the arch and inner arch. but they are foookin massive

i had corsa c sxi wheel with 185/55 on them and was down 60mm and didnt scrub so you will be fine

got team dynamic on mine 195/45/16 and i've just replaced the wings, as the tit who owned the car before me had cut the crap out of them! And they don't rub on a 70mm drop...
