I have name, sort code and account number, it hasn't been massive amounts of time however he has been posting away and ignoring pm's. (not on here by the way).

Yes, you can go for a recall on the money. We've done it at work before.

Yeah surely you cant, it would be subject to alot of abuse if you could, id expect.

quick answer no, they have to send a way a form and a specialist team look into it and contact the company, the company then have 3 months to get back to the bank or give you your money back, as a good will gesture you bank may give you will money untill it has been finalised.

I didn't actually do it, but I know it was done when the a new employee gave the wrong details and it went in to the wrong account. In hindsight, you probably can't do it for this reason.
