Good band, and good songs. A few good covers about too... Magic Numbers, Chris Martin, Noel Gallagher, etc. But not Mark Ronson

So so many greats, my second favourite band behind radiohead. Ive seen morrissey live, he plays alot of smiths and its just an amazing experience. 'What difference does it make', 'there is a light that never goes out', and 'stop me' are my favourites. The queen is dead also, the whole album is amazing. Yeah so many good songs!!

They are up there with Joy Division, Radiohead, Kinks, Bowie and Beatles as the best group this country has produced. Heaven knows Im miserable now is my favourite - love listening to that on the way to work

I can understand why people dont like him -- If you dont understand the angle he is coming from then he just comes over as a complete c u n t. The Smiths are never going to be everyones cup of tea .
