you was first at a set of traffic lights on red and there was a traffic light cam , but an ambulance/copcar needed you to move essentially running the red light and getting a fine /points etc
would you do it?

The camera would see your car and the Ambulance/police car so just put it to them that you had to move.

Nope you should stay put as you are not allowed to break the law to move out of the way for emergency vehicles. You have no reason to move for them, its up to you.

i am not certain on the following fact and it could be wrong, but..
motorists are only legally obliged to give right of way to:
1) blood/organ donor vehicles
2) the royal mail

Get the camera phone out, and get a 'passenger' to record you running the red to get out of the way of an emergency vehicle.
