Pretty pissed off at my insurance company as i just called to change my car over but they are demanding a premium of £50 even though i should be getting a rebate of around £70 as they are saying im a trader and i change my car to frequently is this aloud?
I started off in Nov with a cally turbo which proved a little expensive to run but kept it till the end of Jan at which point i sold it and switched my insurance to my Astra which im slowly fixing up which i dont even drive
bought myself a Corsa td about 6 weeks after and switched my insurance to that, about a month ago i bought a cheap Astra Gsi to fix up and sell so switch the insurance to that and got it sold today
so called them up to say ok id like to change back to my corsa to be confronted with a load of questions and them asking for £50 even though i paid £127 to upgrade from the td to the gsi.
i questioned it to be told its because i change my policy to often, what on earth is this rubbish about, i told him thats not even in your terms and conditions im keeping legal informed them of changes and all mods are they allowed to do this?

surely if nothing in there terms and conditions, then get on to a manager and explain the situation..dont be rude or aggressive though..it wont get you anywhere, just demand what you want politely  and dont let them interupt ...lol

after 13 changes my insurance said i can only change 1 more time that year.
not sure if there allowed to do it though

I did that lol, i said there is nothing wrong with what im doing, i told him how can i sell my car and keep it insured even though i dont own it thats illegal. now if you can explain what ive done wrong by switching it to my car which im fixing up while i get myself another ill pay the premium
needless to say there was no answer to that one, after a long chat he said he will get back to me tomorrow just wanted to see if they are allowed to do as they wish
