Right, well I dont no where I stand on this. I bought 6 tickets to Alton Towers off Ebay for me and some mates to go. They were only for 9th June 08 which was the day we'd planned to go. Got the tickets for £40 so alot cheaper than buying them there. Problem was they got delivered today at 1pm. Buy the time I would have driven there it would have been 3pm so really no point in going at all?

Where do I stand with disputing this and getting a refund via paypal? Its like concert tickets arriving halfway through the concert, kind of pointless really
