just fitted boot popper to my alarm... i want to get the boot smoothed should i get a full flush or keep plate recess and smooth the rest...

In other words smooth or semi-smooth

Most people go for semi, the thing with fully smoothed is you then need somewhere else to put the plate.

PowerFlow De-Cat with 3" rolltip and yep custom, probably the loudest corsa in the world, had so many complaints haha oh well, cant please every1

sounds nice tho, deep and got a little pop & backfire too it

Then the rear bumper looks silly unless you remove the plate light recess from the top of the bumper with fully smooth!

I much prefer semi-smooth

That's being fussy

just take the bulb out and lightly spray the lense black, thats what ive done and it looks fine.

I agree mate, I forgot about the light. Looks lay better with it smoothed off, otherwise what's it there for?

Afraid its not, its more the attention to detail, if your going to remove the plate recess, you should remove everything that goes with the plate!

Why have a random buldge on the top of the bumper when there is no need for it!

Seems a bit half arsed to me thats all!

fully smooothed.... heres mine




smoothed the reverse light out and fillered a motorbike led light into the rear bumper

Looking at your rear end its the first thing I notice, that and a plate stuck on one side!

lol its actully screwed on not stuck!


i bought the car with a smooth boot anyway blame the guy before me for not getting it reccess'd and my boss for not paying me enough to get it done myself

had it done by a family friend when he worked in a bodyshop, dont know the individual price of it as i had other stuff done at the time.

where did you get those gm flat blade wipers mate, i like them but i bought a set and they were sh*t
