A thumping sound in their ear? I keep getting it today in my right ear and itrs really annoying me. Its like someone is banging a drum inside my head

could be, plenty of room in there

but really no there isnt, i dunno what it is. I do get headaches but dont have one at the moment.

Its in my right ear and thumps like 6 or 7 times them stops and comes back again in a bit
