has anyone used any form of Methoxy-Flavone ?
have seen the phd ones and Maximuscle ones.. maxi are in a liquid form that you hold under your tongue and phd are in pill form.
anyone got any knowledge of this stuff ? cos i am looking at taking the next step in supplements and have read up on this and it looks to be the it

yeah well sports day seems to have more stuff on crappy football and the likes. so thought i would chuck it in here 
i have been using maximuscle for their cyclone and promax for ages and its really good. just costs a lot.
dean - it does include stuff that makes your body go into an anabolic state but doesnt actually contain steroids (well i dont think it does cos it is drug screened for people doing natural body building)
what the fudge is dianabols ? excuse my ignorance

PHD is a good supplement.
It has all the amino acids in to too including L-Glutamine and Taurine

hmmmmmm would need to consault my trainer on that one.. he reccomended the methoxy stuff cos he has used it in the past.. just wanted to if anyone on here has and can give me honest answers

Stick to the protein shake, have a clean diet and lift hard. I have never needed any other form of supplment.

yeah but are you roughly the size or a sherman tank ??
cos i want to get BIG lol.. im 6ft 7" and currently weigh 18 1/2 stone... getting my fat down to a good level and im lifting well. but to get to the size i want to be i think i need some more support..

HOw many grams of protein are you intaking daily? What are your meals like?

must admit im not taking in as much protein as i need. im having 190-200g per day. thats a lot of chicken and fish lol.
couple of my mates use phd and i am going to be buying some synergy next month instead of the maximuscle cyclone just to compare gains etc..

Im taking mass tech protein and I only noticed this week that if taken with milk the daily suggestion is 2000 calories

If your 18 an 1/2 stone that equals 261.8 pounds... to get big clean, you need to consume at least that amount of protein i.e. 262grams per day, double that for you carb intake and limit to around 70g of fat or less. This works for me.
As for the gear (dianabol) research it, if done properly you dont get 'watery tits' but dianabol does make u hold water so you will lose some gains when you come off, and you'll need post cycle therapy (Nolvadex/Clomid)
Not sure about the methoxy-Flavone, never tried it, always use CEE and meal replacement, works great for bulking.

As i work it out if you taking less then 200g protein a day for your size, that's no wonder you not making the gains you would like. How many meals are you eating a day? Chicken, fish, eggs, protein shakes, peanut butter, nuts. There are plenty of natural foods that are easily available. I split my meals into 6 a day and get easily enough protein. Also cottage cheese before bed is an awesome way to get that slow digesting protein before bed. I bet if you up the amount of daily intake you will see gains without having to take any form of roids. The diet is half the battle, keep it clean and eat eat eat!

due to work (im a software engineer and do have to travel around quite a bit ) i can only realisticly eat 4 meals a day MAX.. so i tend to eat protien with each meal. tend to use cyclone in morning with breakfast, then again in evening after workout.
do eat lots of tuna, chicken, cottage cheese(i have that at lunch)
i know i need more protein but its really a case of adding an extra meal or 2 per day. but thats not really possible right now
so supplements are working well for me so far.

Fuck Roids dont even touch them.
stack norateen 2 with norateen heavyweight 2 and some isatori CE-XL creatine and will see a huge difference in strength & muscle size also a low fat and low calorie protein is recommended like usn pure protein as you need to really eat plenty of protein with the norateen stuff.
you will find these supplements on www.tsst.co.uk they are dear but work a treat
