Put my car into the guy that I use for paintwork at my work... Plan was to get the wings, bumper and a small bit of rust done on the back arch and scuttle.
Went slightly downhill when he took the back arch off to find a fair bit of rust and some old accident damage. Anyway its getting a repair panel fitted and I should have the car back sometime next week. The front ends all rubbed down ready to be painted, looks a bit sorry for itself just npow but should be a lot tidier once its back..
Front end all rubbed down and rust sorted out:

The "surface rust" I thought was just wee blister when the arch was on:

Not bad for a G reg to be fair! The arch trim would have held a bit of water in, which would have eaten away over time. Easy enough to get a repair panel?

Yeh he just happened to have one lying in his workshop.. Not using the full arch, just the front half...
