Hi all, I was just wondering, from a full tank, to fairly empty [before the light comes on] how many miles do you get out of your car? And what mods you got on the engine?
I have a 1.4 16v 98 sport, with a closed induction, and out of about £40 fuel I get around 250 miles.
Thats a mix of traffic driving now and again, normal driving, and foot down driving.
Just wondering.

nah, never really do the speed limit, do 35-40 in a 30 usually, in 4th most of the time.
If i got other people in the car, I drive more sensible tho.
it costs me £1.15? for a litre iirc, so about 250 miles off about 35 litres.........ish.

my missus gets about the same kinda mpg from her standard ka [1.3] too

I get about 450-500 miles to a tank. It costs £48-£52 to fill it up. When I first bought the car it was impossible to put more than £38 worth of oil in it
