I would say grilling is the healthier option, but if you had a griddle frying pan that is the ideal, looks like its been BBQ'd

Gone for the frying pan option, i've also cut the fat off the bacon. Not only does this make it healthier, but it also enables easier access to the sandwich.

You should cut the fat off after you have cooked it, when the fat is left on it cooks better and gives it more flavour etc etc
