Ridiculous. Could understand if it was tyres or old settees, but grass clippings will rot down anyway. Old people were probably just doing their bit for local greenery.

TBH I dont agree with putting dog shit in plastic bags and binning it, dog turds degrade in a few days and are gone, plastic bags are stuck in a landfill for thousands of years ( thats another topic though )

I cant stand anyone being cheeky to old people.
And putting grass cuttings there wont do any harm it wold rot in a few weeks and be just like fertiliser,my father works for neath council and the grass clippings they collect they put on flowerbed in the parks and stuff.
if thosse old people where throwing a freezer or a matress id agree but a bit of grass.
she needs to get a life.
