Hi,

has anybody good contact to chris astley?

it's still the same matter i discribed in my last posts. he told me several times to check if a pair of joints has left the shop, but neither gave me a tracking number, nor i got a package. i think he had enough chances to get clear with this, but it seems as if he is not even able to send me just my money back :-( it's so frustrating!

i'm still waiting to get my money back, but he doesn't contact me as promised

could someone please tell him to read his email, or answer to the phone or anything?

i am weary of all these excuses and just want to get over whith this whole story. i'm very disappointed by chris!

please help me,

ps: sorry if these words seemed to be hard, but this is all so annoying for me. i first lost money because i had to sell an unfinished car. and now it seems as if i'm loosing even more money.

Seems like you get a better reply with calling him directly. Keep trying.

As dean mentioned yesterday was a Bank Holiday in the UK and most places were closed.

I've had a couple of little probs with him not returning money.

Paid for a PAS pump mount, when it didn't come in 2 weeks phoned for my money back after him supposedly sending it 3 times. Phoned him every day for a week to get the money transfered, then the mount turned up.

I'm assuming it's just because it's a relatively new company(?) and he's sorting a few little niggles which is why I was so patient.

I called him last week and ordered some bits... seemed fine

His phone was busy for a while though just keep trying
