Now I'd imagine some of you youngsters won't really get this, but I was just checking through my mates 'facebook friends' - and saw a load of school people I've not seen for a good 5 years or so.

A lot have changed

It's funny though, how some of the seriously 'fit girls' - i.e. the one's you all worshipped at school, are now not anything that special and in some cases fat + rough

And some of the dog girls, you wouldn't look twice at during school are now complete stunners

Just thought it was amusing. To be honest I can barely remember school days now, it seems soooo long ago.

tbh, I too found the good lookers at school have all degraded, and the average/not so pretty ones have all blossomed very well.
Its deffo a good thing

I spotted a girl on there that used to be in my class, she was one of the ugly yet somehow popular ones I saw her pic a couple of months back and she looked stunning, it's amazing how much she's changed in 5 years, then there's others where they look almost exactly the same

I have a brother 11 years older. He doesnt have many wise words, however he told me that the fitties usually go down hill and the others blossom.

It'll be coz all the stunners would have shagged around and now have 2 or 3 kids so are now fat and stressed out. The ugly ones go to the gym to get fit and look nice that takes them about 5 years or more

For example (just a quick example as I don't have access to most of them, so not the best example)...

This girl you wouldn't touch with a mile long pole at school, glasses, goofy, fat, geek etc.

I've not added anyone from school that isn't/wasn't actually my friend.

2 that I suspected as being gay for 5 years are actually gay now and have tried adding me. Both were ignored. Not because they're gay but because they're both cocks

I must admit, I refused to add / accept people from school I hadn't seen for ages (i.e wasn't mates with anymore) or never liked...

However, these days I just play the rule, if they bother to find me and add me I'll accept *most* of them... but I won't bother looking for them or requesting them.

Makes me laugh how many school people have EVERYONE they ever knew from school in their lists, it's like FFS you blatently don't see any of them EVER!

Loads of people when adding me as friends have been like 'wow didn't think facebook would be your kind of thing' not sure what that means tbh

Loads of people I know have changed loads, met up with a few people who i'd not seen for years via facebook which is cool. I just can't get over how old everyone is, everyone's having kids etc

Yeh exactly Tom. I don't think I'm as old as you

But, still they all look so old, but I don't feel old, I still feel same age I have been since like 19/20 - and feel all my mates around me look the same.

So many are married with kids though quite worrying considering I've still not even graduated yet.

Does anyone else get a bit anal about it all, i.e. - before I go bother to reunite myself with everyone from school, I want to be seriously fit, have a great job, nice car, nice gf, house - sorted life

Probably just me. Mainly because most of my school mates graduated 2 years ago, and I'm only just graduating now, so feel I'm behind them all with 'life'.

I would love to go to a reunion at my school. Apparenty I would never get anywhere. Funny to see that a load of people are now working at Heathrow as baggage handlers.

but that's exactly it ed, I've currently achieved nothing in my life. I haven't actually graduated yet so I can't even say 'I've got a degree in whatever'

I want to go to a reunion where I can be like 'look what I achieved'. Currently I feel I've achieved not much and where most of my school mates who graduated 2 years ago, have a degree, been travelling, got a decent job, nice car, bought a house.... I've currently done none of that and still drive a 106

Completing university is certainly an achievement, especially if you compare it to working as a baggage handler at an airport or going to prison for the rest of your life.
