Have a look inside the wheel it should say a load of numbers somewhere.. ET something and either 100, 108.. etc

Leon Cupra, which I think is the same as Golf 5 / TT etc. Can't see anyone putting them on either of those though.

fit mk 3 golf, guy round the corner has them-with the seat badges off though!
