all, a few late names are joining us now and i am finalising the details for email distribution

i would like to close all names to the convoy at 0000 (GMT+1) Friday 6th June 08.

this does not mean other drivers who make the late decision are not welcome to join but is an insentive to commit now if your name is not already on the list on the first post the convy will only wait for confirmed drivers- any errors regarding names either missing or not at the correct meet point please u2u me to correct.

any other drivers wishing to join in please add your names here and u2u me contact details which would be preferable to include an email address, mobile number you will be contactable on the day, and your car details (make/model/colour and engine)

all details, route plan and the like will be emailed to the confirmed drivers by 1400 (GMT+1) Friday 6th June

Add your names drivers!!

Phi, there is a hotel at the BP garage where the final RV point is.

They also do cheaper rates for those attending events at Santa Pod, I saw a massive banner at the Pod entrance last time I was there.

there is another way we can go. But it's longer, and a COMPLETE ball ache in terms of junctions, and even involves crossing dual carriageway. In a 12v = no fun.

You do end up going completely out your way up the M1 imho, well I would, considering I'm about 3 mins from that BP garage
