I didn't think you could check MO, unless you have the V5 number or the test number? Anyway, try having a look at the Vosa website.

There is (or was) a site, but I can't remember it. It's a DVLA site though, if that's any help.

The Vehicle Licensing one just says if it has tax or not. Not MOT AFAIK.
