Assessment

Is that to get a job? I thought entry was via, aptitude test, Fitness/BA/grip/ladder/beep etc, interview. At least it was when I was trying to get in.

Good luck anyway, a lad over the road from my mum & dad just got in, he's built like a tank though

nah ive been in for about year and a half mate. its the end of my probabtion and its the third of the 3 exams i gotta take to pass that. if i pass my pay goes up

Oh well best of luck to you.

Im in a similar situation with my job, its all training to reach the big pay just now. Got another 10 months practical training to do, VQ Level 3 to complete, Offshore survival - (which contains a bit of fire fighting & BA) , Petroleum open learning & some exams to sit. Among other things. Long road ahead but should be worth it in the end!

Dont know tbh depends it can be an arse of a job in the winter, but lovely in the summer
