I'm sick of the Attitude, that we are killing the world. Earthquakes in Burma have nothing to do with humans. I personally still believe 'global warming' is also not man made and naturally it'll all level out.

Couldn't agree more, 'global warming' and 'climate change' are just something that the government have picked up on, told us that we cause it by driving our cars then whacked road tax up especially on 4x4s which it just so happens have become a whole lot more popular over the last few years

There is no proof though, theres evidence supporting both sides of the case. 2 good documentaries to watch would be "An inconsiderate truth" and "The great global warming swindle", if you wanna see both sides of the debate.

there is proof. some people are always more easily lead than others, and the first sign of a conspiracy and the bandwagon is full within minutes.

same as that. If the greenhouse gasses weren't there, it would either be too hot, or too cold for humans to survive. It's just the evolution of the planet

The latest thing i've heard, regarding the sea's warming up.. Is because of a current in the oceans that changes every 80years or something, and now its about to change and cool down again...
Global warming is a load of Shite and just another way for the government to swindle more money out of us all..

firstly there are scientists who sit on both sides of the fence. Some which say its one way and some that say the other. The two documentaries matt mentioned are good to see both sides. Also in the 70's scientists were predicting an ice age aproaching so... Are we in ice now? Exactly they can be wrong.
Finally its proven England has been hotter in the past, way before cars or planes or factories existed, so what caused the rise in temps for them?
Think you just have to not believe the hype, governments and businesses have a lot to gain from promoting the idea of 'global warming' and being 'seen' to be doing things to solve the 'problem'.
However lack of fuel and natural resources is a real problem.

So we're directly to blame for global warming? Are you aware that cows are worse for our environment than cars in the UK?

You agree with Russ, who said we are to blame...
As Paul said, this has happened before, and will happen again to the Earth, so might as well enjoy the time we have!

Have a search for published scientfic papers about other causes of climate change, I really dont know what the goverment is paying some scientist to make all this bullshit up. It really pisses me off this whole global warming, crap, im not going to get into it but if your interested some areas of interest to have a look are the magnetic field of Earth and its imminet flip, the output of the sun and how its varied over the last 100 or so years.
We are not responsible for global warming FFS we have had global warming in the past and ice ages, do you think we are responsible for that?

Global Warming doesnt worry me in the slightest. What does is the speed that we harvest non-renewables. What happens when all the oils gone? Back to living like cave men
