Think you have to be of a certain age and credit rating for that sorta money.

Only have to be old enough to be able to take on personal loans (ie. 18 years).

Subject to credit checks.

Go to a dealer, they'll explain it. You will have to put down a deposit (10% on Corsas, 15% on Astras IIRC) and you owe them back over a fixed period (3 years corsa, 4 astra). They set up a direct debit and take it each month from your account.

Thats what i was thinking,
dont no if a bank loan would be a better idea.
its only a idea at the moment but the corsa looks like its going to be on its 3rd sensor
soo im realy gonna be lookin for a new car which is more reliable

Depends if you can stand the depreciation really.

I bought my car brand new - don't regret it, but might be when I come to sell it

I got nearly as much as that at 19 - they will consider anyone over 18 but it does depend heavily on your income.

Not just your income, if you havent had a credit card, or any bills that are paid via direct debits, or anything like that then your credit rating wont be very good.
