Hi Team,
Got the S2000 all ready to sell this week and will be on Autotrader this weekend hopefully. Looking to replace it with one of the above cars, really torn between them both!!
Views, Opinions, Ideas on the 2 would be good!
Cheers!

looked at the celica a while back after getting a lift in one into town(driven normally though so couldnt tell you how they go) and decided i liked them
worryingly its the engine and gearbox thats a weakpoint on these cars and more than a few have gone bang with not much milage on.
shame as i like the look of the 190 vvti and the yamaha engine is meant to be great.
i would go for the CTR as it will do everything just as well as the celica but with having more room for rear passangers and being a fraction quicker

I've tested both and would deffo take the ctr, was totally underwhelmed by the 190 tbh. Test them both though, everybody has different opinions.

Have a Look at the Corola VVTL-i. The L makes all the difference.

My mates got the celica, not a fan at all tbh. The civic will do everyhting better apart from looking girly.

Was going to say after the S2000 I'd have though a Celica would be disappointing. Can't think the Civic would be much better either really.

All good points, cheers lads!! Still cant decide though, think I prefer the looks of the Celica but the reliability of the Honda!! Might just have to flip a coin

House market beckons mate, plus getting fed up with only having the 2 seats. Will see how the £££ is once I get the flat sorted. Ideal car would be an M3 Convertible but then I can just dream on

have u owned a celica to say its not fun? mines std with 17's grips the road like a sports coupe should. still has enough poke to make it a great drive. i love it. and certainly doesn't look gay at all.

S2000 is quickest 2litre production car made to date, keep it!
I work for toyota and the celica GT's are slow, reliable and pretty nice looking but there just not quick. Plus im only 19 and they let me road test the shit out of them, so even they must know there pony.
Also driven my dads ex GF's CTR and loooovvvvveeeeed it, probs one of my favourite hothatches, big fan of the honda's and big fan of the civic's.
So if your really going to sell the S2000, get the CTR
