unfortunately, i left the x-rays at the dentist! however, due to the magic of google images, i can show you what mine looked like...

although mine luckily wasnt as big, and mines on an upper tooth. after some internet research i read...
quote: What problems can dental cysts cause?
Dental cysts can cause several problems but some remain undetected for months or even years.
theyre not joking! mine has been developing from a biking injury i had in 2000

Nah, it knocks the antibiotics on the head so whatever you've taken counts for nothing.

I'm still in pain sucks. Both lips still swollen right up too... Got this feeling that 2 teeth are having a power struggle in my mouth and trying to push each other out.
Think tommorrow when I finish my exams, I won't be heading down the pub to celebrate like everyone else I think I'll have to go down the dentists

The latter.
Developed into a thing called Ludwig Angina (nothing to do with hearts), caused inflammation in her mouth/throat, closed off her airway. She was home alone, had to text my brother in law as she couldnt speak, took her to casualty by which time she was losing consciousness.
They left her alone as a "dental" case, until one switched on nurse saw her and took her straight through. Had to have an emergency tracheotomy, drains into her jaw etc, was hospitalised for a couple of weeks.
But thats a very rare scenario, only been three or four reported cases in Bolton, my sister is the only one so far to have lived through it.
