Very random/gay thread from me 
But just wondering if anyone else has been trying to loose weight this year?
I started in about beginning of March and have managed to loose atleast 1.5 stone (I say atleast as im not sure exactly what my starting weight was, dread to think).
Any1 else?

i hardly ever weigh myself, because frankly i couldn't g.a.s how heavy i am, but i've lost at least a stone in the last year since moving out.
I was well fed at home, and i'm pretty lazy when i'm fending for myself.

Yes mate, not trying to loose any weight as such just trying to tone up a bit more for the summer.
Got myself a woman now so with a bit of luck ill get some cardio vascular workout soon too

I blame the missus for me gaining so much in the last few years. Got settled and ate/drank too much and didnt do much excercise (other than the obvious )
But last 6 months ive started again and enjoying it

i've lost over a stone without really trying. just changed my diet a little and i'm pretty sure that has affected my metabolism.

I'm trying to lose weight. But since i keep working out as well as my general exercise routine i seem to be staying the same weight.
I am losing my belly though.

to be honest it's for the best mate.
Pointless losing the fat and muscle together...
better to gain muscle, lose fat and stay the same weight.
I made the mistake a little while ago of losing shit loads of weight without gaining muscle and it made me A ) look like a proper little weedy bastard with thin girly wrist and B ) not look how i wanted as i had no definition still 
This time I aim to be putting in the effort on the weights just as much as I did on cardio... Will probably aim on bulking up a bit and then cutting it back down.
