u2u'd you..

only went for a 6x4 as i think it will suite the look of the car when its low, also was a decent price and not very old so still nice and shiney...

i will be going for a 3" round at a later date...

thanks for the comments though

nothing arrived today which im gutted about

but atleast everthink will come at the same time 2moro (fingers crossed)

fitted my 90mm rear springs today, but to be honest they dont look that much lower than the spax 60mms i took off...they are brand new so spose they will drop a tad lower once worn in..

also took my rear wiper off and put a 22mm gromit in

as ive said hoping my stuff will come 2moro..

6x4 backbox
xenon bulb kit
astra fanblades

and il get round to buying me a debadged grill and smoked side reps later on in the week

xenon bulbs have come today..

so has my astra fanblades put them on just but little problems..

3 tyres are for one direction and one for the other so just going to take it to have the tyre swapped round so all the tread is going in the same direction..

one tyre was flat so just had to get that pumped up..

but the main concern is that the front inner tyre is catching on the coilovers so ive got to pop somewhere later and get me some wheel spacers, which is more money being spent but having the front lowerd -70mm is staying..

will sort some pics out later, as il give it a good clean once the alloys are all sorted and lights are fitted..

just waiting on the backbox now, should have come today but its got to be hear 2moro for defo if it doesnt come later on...

I had the same problem on my old Corsa GSi with the fan blades. I bought some 5mm spacers for the front and that sorted it.

Car looks nice in the pic above.

me mate said he will send them me tonight

backbox came around 10.30am, i took it straight down my mates work where he got the buffer and autosol on it and its come up mint!

then went straight home to fit it..

the bracket on the standard backbox was welded on so took me about an hour to get that off

and then when i put the 6x4 one into place it was touching on the rear beam and where the rear spring seats (bottom)

so i fit it on abit rough and drove down to a local exhaust place and they gave it a check over for free (said if they touch the car then its going to cost 30quid so i said stay away lmao)

but ended up just buying a 5pound clamp and got me a few cable ties to modify the middle box rubber so it sits a tad higher..

and it seems to have done the job, not perfect, but not that far off to pay 30pound to do what ive just done...

well ive just come in for some dinner after a hard morning lol.. started at 9 - just stopped for dinner at 12.45

went abit mad on cleaning, put the car up on axle stands and cleaned all the inside of the arches and got rid of all the grot under there, painted the calipers and drums black, painted the hubs on the front black, cleaned all the black plastic covers and back to blacked them, cleanded the coilovers up so there nice any shiney and then undersealed all the inside of the arch (only where the underseal was before, but with a new fresh coat) and t-cutted all the silver metal bits that are on show...

so did abit of a bufty on it tbh

and while its up in the air im going to sort out the clearance on the exhaust more so it wont touch the rear beam at all...

will 100% have some pics of the car later today, just that me mate is taking the piss send them lol..

Thats a cool looking Corsa and I love the fan blades on it, really suit the car.

Just need to get them sprayed dark grey, a debaged grill and take the side strips off now.
