it rang twice then went down, from this number 01554784040, after someone saying about the nigerian text scam I googled the number and came up with this...

yes i was getting plagued with calls from that number recently. they seemed to phone me at the same time everyday for a couple of weeks.

On that sight they are saying its a Llanelli number, didnt get a chance to answer it, it went straight off.

Went on another site on what google brought up typed the number in and these are the details it gave.

There have now been 170 Silent Calls reported for this number

Seems like they are trying to sell contracts.
