My insurance is up tomorrow just had a quote from Quinn £1110 for TPFT I'm 18, 1 years no claims, pass plus and a high risk post code. Its the cheapest so far but I was expecting it cheaper than that TBH. What do you guys think? Good / Bad deal?

Depends on what the car model and engine size is mate.
Try Adrian Flux, I put on their website (which gives a provisional quote - plus you get 15% for being a premium member here) that I have a backbox, air filter and lowered suspension, and the quote was £400 less than what I paid for this year, with exactly the same details put in, 19, no NCB, fully comp. I paid £1300 for fully comp, and that was the best price I could fine (before I knew about modded car insurance )

Personally I got the best price (other than what I bought in the end - not from a company they check) from gocompare.com. In the end I went with Lloyds TSB who're my bank, and apparently underwritten by Churchill.
Fully comp you get windscreen cover too, fortunately, because something hit my window yesterday and made a nice mess. They're coming to fix it Monday at my work

Yeah mate, you will pay interest to pay monthly. Direct Line did have a thing going for a bit where you didn't pay interest, but it finished ages ago unfortunately

Started my insurance when I was provisional, quinn because I had a student account issue the years no claims from when you start the insurance even if you didn't have a full licence at that point.

Not good news for me. I want to spend as little on the 12v as possible, and that will just tempt me Endsleigh might be ridiculously cheap with 1NCB (if I don't claim between now and August )

Woh yeah Bell are alright. Just got a quote and it's slightly cheaper than what I'm paying with LV this year even though I've got a fault claim now.

I know always heard good things about Bell was a bit shocked for having to pay that much extra just for paying monthly.
Went with Admiral @ £696 in the end, which I thought was good then just an extra £50 to declare the alloys.
Thanks to those of you that told me to keep looking otherwise I think I would have accepted my renewal with Quinn Direct @ £1100

Yargen, Bell seem to be very good for people who have had an odd moment of forgetting how to drive
