I have both my P60's now, and I know some people have got Tax rebate's for the '07 - '08 year, so what do you do to get one? What forms do I need? Where do I send it?

Or will it come through automatically?

Any information would be gladly appreciated.

You only due one if youve changed jobs, been on emergancy tax, tax code has changed mid year or if you work outwith the UK for a certain amount of time.

Im owed about 350 for being on a BR tax code for a month.

Bit of a bump.

I'm on BR tax code because it's my 2nd job.

I can simply work out how much tax I'm owed back because I add up the earnings from both jobs using my P60, and see that I've earnt under 522L (other jobs tax code) so what ever tax I've paid, then I get that back.

And just been on the phone to the lovely people at HM Revenue & Customs.

Basically, to get a Tax Rebate, you simply send all your P60's, along with a covering letter, to your HM Revenue & Customs office (the one on your MAIN employer) and they'll sort it out. No forms are needed.
