The incident was filmed by a TV helicopter overhead. The officers were responding to reports of a shooting nearby, police said.
They were struggling, just depends what you consider reasonable force really, if they had guns & were prepared to use them a few boots to the chop[s sounds about right. There not exactly going to die from getting a bit of a kicking!!

where did i say they dident deserve it. If they were infact in a police shoot out, or being viloent to the police then police force is probebly needed. (not that whcih is over the top) It is not completly known why this has happened, and im not here to jump in with the cs sheep flok
